Groupama Group and Total signed on 14 March 2020 a pre-lease agreement to build The Link, the future home of Total in Paris La Défense.

On Friday, 13 March at 9 pm, the show Tambour Battant on DemainTV (channel 31 of the TNT bundle) focused on the theme “Une forêt peut en cacher une autre” (~ There’s more to a forest than meets the eye).
The documentary put the spotlight on French forests and their role, as seen by various experts – notably Eric Donnet, CEO of Groupama Immobilier (which manages the forest properties of Société Forestière Groupama), and Laurent Piermont, Chairman of the Scientific Council of Groupama Assurances Forêts.
Café Joyeux, which employs kitchen help and waiters with mental disabilities or cognitive conditions, inaugurated its fourth café on 9 March 2020 at 144 avenue des Champs-Elysées, a building belonging to Groupama, in the presence of the French President and First Lady.

A hundred Master’s students of the French school of real estate ESPI visited the 13,000 m² public building Diamant in Puteaux.
In small groups, these students specialising in Valuation & Auditing, Finance Engineering, and Real Estate Administration & Management discussed various strategies for creating value with the building. They will present their work to a jury made up of ESPI teachers and professionals from Groupama Immobilier and Groupama Supports & Services.
