NEW “COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CODE” OF THE SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGS PLAN
Groupama Immobilier has initiated a major programme to renovate its commercial properties, signing a Code of Energy and Environmental Efficiency for private and public commercial buildings.
INAUGURATION OF THE FACTORY BUILDING
On 17 October 2017, Groupama Immobilier and Fives inaugurated the Factory building, located at 3 rue Drouot in Paris’s 9th arrondissement, with a cocktail and refreshments. Factory, restructured by architects DTACC, provides 4,400 m2 (47,000 sq. feet) of HQE and BBC-certified offices.

Groupama Immobilier won the IPD European Property Investment Award for the best performance in the Balanced Fund category, on the French market.
THE LINK CHOSEN BY TOTAL
Following a six-month long competition, Total’s Executive Committee chose The Link, Groupama’s project at La Défense, in the Michelet neighbourhood, as its future head office.
