Head of Commercial Real Estate
Laetitia began her career in 1997 when she joined Arthur Andersen’s property valuation team, where she managed three consultants and conducted real estate appraisals, especially on behalf of institutional investors.
In 2000, she joined OGiC to head Housing Promotion Programs (new and refurbished). In 2004, she joined Kaufman & Broad as Operational Director of Housing, in charge of Paris and the western suburbs.
In 2007, she joined CBRE Global Investors. A member of the broader management team, she headed the Asset Management Bureau, working on behalf of core investors and value added funds.
Laetitia arrived at Groupama Immobilier in 2014 as Head of Commercial Asset Management, supervising the implementation of all business plans for commercial properties. In January 2017, she became a member of the Executive Committee.
Laetitia George holds a Master’s degree in Finance (Companies & Markets) from IAE Sorbonne business school (2011), a Master’s in Urban Environment and Services Management from the ESSEC Business School, the degree of the ESSEC’s Chair of Real Estate (2007), and a degree in Civil Engineering & Urban Planning from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon (2006).
Laetitia George is also a certified Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds the AMF certificate. She is a member of several real estate societies, including FPEB (where she is the Secretary), Cercle 30 and IFEI.
